Participate in the MNEA Blended Learning Course: Exploring Historical Inequities in Public Education. The first session is this Saturday, October 29, from 10:00-11:00 AM via Zoom. You will earn 15 professional development hours to be uploaded in TNCompass and count towards your professionalism rubric.

Educators will be able to define and describe implicit and explicit bias and identify how bias influences decisions, actions, and behaviors with students and families. Educators will also identify specific actions they can take to disrupt bias in their classrooms, schools, and districts.
