Building level advocacy:

We provide organizing and problem-solving assistance  at the building level through our Association Representative (AR) teams. These AR teams are in charge of making sure that every building has a functioning faculty advisory committee (FAC) to solve building-level issues. They are also responsible for assisting members with securing representation for disciplinary meetings, and with any general questions regarding employee policies and procedures including our M.O.U.
