Memorandum of Understanding

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is an agreement by and between the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools Board of Education, and the representatives of the professional employees of the Metropolitan Nashville Education Association as provided under Tenn. Code Annotated § 49-5-605. The MOU outlines working conditions for nonsupervisory certificated staff.
