Individual member advocacy and benefits:

Legal assistance, representation, and advocacy is provided to individual members. Members in need of assistance can seek assistance from our association representatives in their building, or from our UniServ Director Shannon Bain. Access to a legal department located at the state headquarters, and $1,000,000 in liability insurance through the National Education Association is also provided.

In addition, members get access to many benefits, including discounted rates for personal attorneys, assistance with student loan repayment and retirement planning, and discounts on many other services.
